Welcome to Team Trailers. By accessing our website (www.teamtrailers.ca) or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • You will not use this website for any unlawful purpose

  • Trailer specifications, features, and availability may change without notice

  • Images are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect exact inventory

  • Errors in pricing or descriptions may occur and are subject to correction

Team Trailers reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors or inaccuracies.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Full payment or deposit may be required to secure a trailer

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Deposits

  • Deposits may be required to hold or reserve a trailer

  • Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed, unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in loss of deposit

5. Orders & Ownership

  • Ownership of the trailer transfers to the customer upon full payment and pickup/delivery

  • Once the trailer leaves our premises, the customer assumes full responsibility

​

6. Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.

7. Custom & Special Orders

  • Custom-built or factory-ordered trailers are final sale

  • Changes or cancellations may not be permitted once production has begun

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Team Trailers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from:

    • Improper use

    • Overloading

    • Modifications

    • Failure to follow safety guidelines

9. Warranty

  • Trailers may be covered by manufacturer warranties, not Team Trailers directly

  • Warranty claims must be handled according to manufacturer terms

  • We will assist where possible but do not guarantee warranty outcomes

10. Trailer Use & Responsibility

By purchasing a trailer, you agree:

  • To use the trailer safely and within its rated capacity

  • To comply with all local, provincial, and federal transportation laws

  • That Team Trailers is not responsible for misuse or improper operation

11. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment, subject to approval

  • Deposits may be forfeited depending on the stage of the order

12. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of Team Trailers

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission

13. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
