30-Day Return Policy – Team Trailers

At Team Trailers, we stand behind the quality of our trailers and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy below before completing your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

  • Condition: Trailer must be unused, in original condition, and free of:

    • Wear

    • Damage

    • Modifications

  • Documentation: Valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Trailers that have been used, modified, or damaged

  • Custom-built or special-order trailers (unless defective)

  • Trailers sold as “clearance” or “as-is”

  • Installed accessories or add-ons

3. Deposits & Custom Orders

  • Deposits on in-stock trailers may be non-refundable after order confirmation

  • Custom or factory-ordered trailers are final sale unless there is a verified manufacturing defect

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us

    Include your name, order details, and reason for return

  2. Inspection Required
    The trailer must be returned to our location in Fergus, Ontario for inspection

  3. Approval
    Returns are subject to inspection and approval by Team Trailers

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

  • A restocking fee of up to 5% may apply

​

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for eligible trailers

  • Price differences will be applied accordingly

  • Upgrade fees may apply

​

7. Transportation Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return transportation costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturer defect or company error, Team Trailers will work with you to resolve the issue

​

8. Damaged or Defective Trailers

If your trailer has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at sales@teamtrailers.ca

  • Provide photos and details

  • We will assess and determine the appropriate resolution (repair, replacement, or refund)

9. Right to Refuse Returns

Team Trailers reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined

in this policy.
